What Is Patient Moving and Handling Training?

Patient Moving and Handling Training is a practical “hands on” 1 day course designed for caregivers and nurses to enable them to work with people with limited/reduced mobility without compromising their own health. The course covers a multitude of different care scenarios and demonstrates correct patient moving handling techniques, correct use of patient handling equipment and gives each learner the confidence to put into practice what they have learned.
